These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Impact with Ease™ website and related services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Introduction

This agreement is between “you” (the user) and Impact with Ease™ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use our services.

  1. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

  1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Impact with Ease or others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  1. Payments and Refunds

1:1 Coaching and Business Consulting

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • All payments are non-refundable. Please be sure before you commit.

Burnout to Breakthrough Group Coaching Community

  • You can pay either all at once or in six monthly payments via Stripe or Mighty Networks.
  • We offer a Commitment Guarantee for the first 30 days:
    • If you:
  • Complete the first four weeks of the Reset module,
  • Attend at least two live coaching calls,
  • Submit your weekly progress check-ins,
  • and still do not feel less stressed, more energized, and supported, we will refund your payment.
  • Commitment Guarantee and Refund Eligibility
    • To qualify, contact us at hello@impactwithease.com within 32 days of enrolling with proof of participation.
    • To qualify for a refund, you must meet participation requirements and show no meaningful progress despite your efforts. Impact with Ease will review your engagement and progress to decide if you qualify. Our decision is final.
    • By enrolling, you agree that refund approval is subject to our review and discretion based on your participation and results.

Monthly Payment Plan Details:

  • Payments are due on the same day each month as your enrollment date (e.g., enrolling on Jan 5 means payment due on the 5th each month).
  • Payments will be automatically charged to your card on file.
    • If a payment is declined, you have 48 hours to update your payment method or fix the issue. A $50 administration fee applies for each declined payment.
    • To change your payment method for future payments, email us at least 5 days before your next payment at hello@impactwithease.com. Changes after a payment has been processed will apply the following month.
  • Since the program is digital and immediately accessible, all remaining payments after the 30-day guarantee are non-refundable and due in full, even if you stop participating.
  • If you get a refund through the Commitment Guarantee, you will lose access to all program materials and benefits immediately.

General Payment Terms

  • By enrolling, you agree we can charge your payment method for all due amounts.
  • Keep your payment info current to avoid service interruptions & administrative fees due to late payments.

6. Intellectual Property and Content License

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of Impact with Ease™ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content without our express prior written permission.

This Intellectual Property clause applies to all programs and services offered by Impact with Ease™, including but not limited to the Breakdown to Breakthrough community content, corporate training sessions, business consulting, and 1:1 coaching services.

All content, materials, videos, trainings, documents, and resources provided by Impact with Ease™ (collectively, the "Materials") are the exclusive property of Impact with Ease and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By enrolling or participating in any Impact with Ease™ program or service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Materials only for your personal, non-commercial development while you are an active participant.

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, sell, license, or modify the Materials in any way
  • Record, screenshot, or upload the Materials to any external platforms or third-party sites
  • Use the Materials, or any part thereof, as training data or input for artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, or related technologies
  • Share access to the Materials with others or allow anyone outside your enrolled membership to use them

All rights, title, and interest in the Materials remain solely with Impact with Ease™. Your license to use the Materials ends immediately if your program access is terminated or expires.

Any unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction of the Materials may lead to immediate termination of your access and may subject you to legal action, including claims for damages.

Updates and Monitoring

Impact with Ease™ reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To protect our intellectual property rights, Impact with Ease™ may monitor the use of program materials and content for unauthorized copying, distribution, or misuse. We reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including suspension or termination of access and pursuing legal remedies, against any violations.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Our site and services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Impact with Ease™ is not liable for damages or losses resulting from your use of the site.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, USA.

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page.
