Before You Decide™
A 5-minute diagnostic to help you decide what to do next in your career so you actually get what you want.
You know something needs to change in your career. But how do you know what will actually solve the problem—without unnecessarily risking what you’ve worked so hard for?
Maybe you’re exhausted and can’t keep working this way.
Maybe you’re successful but still unfulfilled.
Maybe you know you’re capable of more, but you’re not reaching your potential.
Or maybe you simply don’t know what the right next step is.
If what needed to change were obvious, you probably would have changed it already.
You’re successful because you know how to solve problems and take action.
But when it comes to your own career or business, it can be difficult to see the whole picture—especially when the problem you can see may not be the whole problem.
Take this free 5-minute diagnostic to uncover what you may be missing.
You’ve probably already tried to fix what isn’t working.
Maybe you’ve taken time off, set better boundaries or tried to work differently.
Maybe you’ve changed jobs—or started looking for another one.
Maybe you’ve considered stepping back, changing careers or starting a business.
Or, if you’re an entrepreneur, maybe you’ve changed your offers, team, schedule or business model hoping something would finally feel different.
And yet, you’re still here.
Still exhausted.
Still unfulfilled.
Still questioning what needs to change.
Or still wondering why the options in front of you don’t feel right.
The problem isn’t that you haven’t tried.
You may be trying to solve a complex problem without all of the information you need to solve it.
And when you’re working with incomplete information, even a reasonable solution can solve the wrong problem—or only part of it.
What this diagnostic will help you see
SEE WHAT YOU MAY BE MISSING
Identify the strongest patterns contributing to your exhaustion, frustration or lack of fulfillment—including patterns you may not realize are connected.
UNDERSTAND YOUR RISK
See how significant these patterns have become and understand your current level of risk across your career, health, relationships and life.
BEGIN TO SEE WHAT ACTUALLY NEEDS TO CHANGE
Understand why what you’ve already tried may not have solved the problem—and what’s getting in the way of meaningful work that energizes you and a life you have time to enjoy, without unnecessarily sacrificing your income, flexibility or what you’ve worked so hard to build.
The problem you can see may not be the whole problem.
Changing jobs might fix a bad boss or environment.
But it won’t automatically change the beliefs and patterns you take with you.
And changing those patterns won't make every role or environment right for you.
Understanding your strengths is useful, but
it isn't the same as understanding how you uniquely create success, where you deliver your highest value, and the conditions you need to thrive.
The pieces work together.
When you only solve one part of the problem, you can make a change that seems right—and still end up right back where you started.
Your next decision is too important to make with incomplete information.
You’ve spent years building your career, income, reputation and the life they help support.
This five-minute diagnostic can help you uncover information you may not be considering, and recognize patterns influencing your experience and understand your current risk.
So that you’re better equipped to take the right next step in your career®...

Why I created this diagnostic
Before becoming a coach, I spent nearly two decades launching and turning around 8- and 9-figure businesses inside Fortune 500 companies.
My job was to figure out what was actually driving the problem, identify what created the greatest value in the market, and drive growth by changing the right things—without risking what was already working.
Today, I do the same thing for people.
After working with hundreds of successful leaders—and seeing these patterns across thousands more—I’ve learned that the problem someone initially thinks they need to solve is rarely the whole picture.

The fastest path forward isn’t making more changes.
It starts with getting the full picture so you can build the right strategy and create what you actually want.
